Kipling Group Inc is a full-service retail, office, industrial and multi-family property management company. They offer customized commercial and residential property management services and provide well-executed strategies for their diverse clientele.

Kipling approached Hambly&Woolley looking for a new way to revamp their online presence. They wanted to attract new talent and give potential clients an overview of their services and assets while emphasizing the people behind the business.

We wanted to bring the human aspect to an otherwise corporate company, so the potential talent could imagine working with them. Part of this approach was to portray Kipling as a trustable and reliable management company that put people at the centre of their business. The strategy was to move away from what other property management companies were doing, where all the focus mainly went to their extensive properties list.

We art-directed the photography throughout the site to emphasize the people behind the company. As the digital designer, I conceptualized and designed the new Kipling website using a refreshed identity and graphic elements. Designed at Hambly & Woolley. Creative Director: Dominic Ayre.
